As a Catering And Bar Supervisor You Will

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
• Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues swiftly and professionally
• Step into the Manager role when needed
• Attend seminars / training courses as required.
• Promote the company’s services and facilities to all customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
• Confident leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Solid understanding of bar operations HACCP

Requirements

• High standard of personal hygiene and grooming
• Punctuality, reliably and a positive, friendly attitude are an absolute must.
• Fluency in the English language required.
• Proficiency in an teanga Gaeilge would be an advantage.
