💰 Salary: €40,000

We are seeking a motivated Training & Development Coordinator to join our client's team in Waterford. This is a fully on-site, Monday–Friday role, offering the opportunity to design, deliver, and manage impactful learning programs across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes tailored to organisational needs
• Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report on employee development
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies
• Collaborate with managers and teams to identify training needs and skills gaps
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a training and development role (call centre experience advantageous)
• Proven experience implementing and managing an LMS
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes
• Healthcare sector experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
