Site Foreman / Site Manager
Location: Wexford, Ireland
Salary: €65,000-€75,000 + standard benefits
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to join a growing construction team on a residential development in Wexford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience in housing projects to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities, labour and subcontractors.
- Coordinate trades, materials and plant to maintain project progress.
- Monitor construction works to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress against the construction programme and report any issues.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Oversee inspections, snagging and handover of completed units.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Site Manager or similar within construction.
- Experience delivering residential or housing developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site coordination.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality standards.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant construction qualifications and valid Safe Pass.
