Job Description As a T&D Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Project Manager as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects. Current requirements allow for a hybrid role between our Cork office and remote working. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support tendering with technical input on equipment
• Support with procurement of high value equipment
• Support the electrical design process for Renewable Energy Infrastructure Projects
• Supporting the Project Manager on project progress, risks, and issues associated with design.
• Analyse supplier information for alignment with design specifications.
• Review and understand schematics, GA plans and projects specifications.
• Design reviews, validate equipment and systems.
• Support engineers with technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers and trackers.
• Analysis of all design documentation and identification of any scope gaps.
• Review quality on site – walking down systems to ensure compliance with project team.
• Assist with the development of design and commissioning departments

This role will provide exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to pharmaceutical, life sciences, construction, and other sectors. The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge and skills as their responsibilities grow and evolve. Skills And Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Relevant 3rd Level Electrical Qualification essential.
• 5+ years of experience in Electrical design required.
• Relevant Project Management qualification an advantage.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is desired.
• Experience in the T&D and/or Renewables necessary.
• Knowledge of Irish market and interfacing with TSO/DSO an advantage
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office systems required.
• Demonstrated appetite for continuous learning and personal development.
