Komgo is actively searching for a Devops Engineer to strengthen our team. We are looking for a permanent fulfillment of this position.

As part of the Operations Team, the DevOps Engineer is the essential link between the Software Engineers , QA, Customer Support teams. Komgo is currently implementing DORA metrics which will drive our performance self-assessment of the maturity of our ability to deliver and operate.

DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying new products, solution updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. You will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

A strong acumen for development while having a good knowledge on how the underlying infrastructure works is key to be successful.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role to put in place the latest CI/CD technologies to build, deploy and automate all the maintenance and infrastructure tasks
• Put in place proactive monitoring and alerting techniques to use resources efficiently and to take automatic measures to ensure high availability
• Deliver high quality services to external and internal customers, in a secure way, and always striving to achieve the highest level of reliability
• Implement integrations requested by customers
• Deploy updates and fixes
• Provide Level 3 technical support
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 5/7 years of relevant experience within trade finance or SaaS environment
• Open-minded with a high level of Autonomy
• Responsible, with a great sense of ownership of the projects you follow
• Problem-solving attitude
• Strong team player mindset as well as very good communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of in microservices architecture, management and orchestration including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Git, Flux, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, Python
• Fluent in English
