Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Dublin, Ireland (In-office - 3 days per week)

Salary: Base: €40,000-€45,000 (€60,000-€65,000 OTE)

Targets: #10 booked meetings per month | #30 per quarter

Start date: TBC

As we expand our horizons, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team in Dublin.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative at Kubicle, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Executives to secure new business and expansion opportunities. You will be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to engage potential clients over the phone and via email. Your focus will be on booking meetings and converting them into successful sales, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in English (other languages a bonus)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role; experience in full sales cycle management is a strong plus.
  • Curious learner and team player with a can do attitude
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Someone who takes ownership of their career, thrives when they are out of their comfort zone, and has a track record of pushing themselves to grow both professionally and personally
  • Self-starter with robust organizational and time-management skills.
  • A competitive team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who can deliver results
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.

Responsibilities:What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Actively creating net new appointments, pipeline and converting MQLs to create high-value opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Implement targeted email outreach campaigns and cold calls to engage potential clients.
  • Overcoming technical, budgetary, and/or competitive sales objections to position the Kubicle products against the competition
  • Utilize HubSpot, Zoominfoand other tools for effective management, tracking, and reporting of all outbound activities.
