Training: 6 weeks on-site, then hybrid working
Location: Little Island, Cork
Schedule: Full-time, rotational shift work Monday to Saturday
We’re looking for friendly, caring and pragmatic people to join our Customer Service team at laya healthcare. If you love helping others and want a role where every day brings something new, this could be the perfect fit for you.
As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the voice of laya healthcare, supporting our members with empathy and professionalism.
You’ll answer calls, resolve queries, manage payments, and make sure every interaction leaves our members feeling valued and supported. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in healthcare or insurance, with full training and plenty of room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Chat with members over the phone and online, making sure they feel heard and cared for
- Help with policy questions, claims, and payment processing
- Solve problems and handle complaints with patience and understanding
- Share clear, accurate information about our products and services
- Work closely with your team to deliver the best possible experience for our members
What We’re Looking For
- Great communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and resilience – because no two days are the same!
- Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not essential
