The role
Award winning Recruitment agency Locum Express are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer primarily for our doctor’s division to join our team in Cork.
Duties of the role include:
- Searching/contacting existing candidates our database for availability
- Sourcing suitable candidates and initiating the registration process
- Building and maintaining the candidate and client database
- Covering admin tasks such as job adverts, letters, arranging time sheets
- Performing compliance checks on candidates
- Covering recruiters’ desks and helping with bookings in a very fast paced area
The successful candidate should have experience in the following:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales/customer service role
- Excellent organisation and communication skills. The successful candidate will be confident on the phone when talking with candidates and clients, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who is positive, sociable and not afraid of hard work
- No recruitment experience necessary as all training will be provided
- Experience with CRM/booking /administration software systems
- Overall administration and support of all aspects of the candidate booking process. This includes Locum Doctors and agency healthcare workers.
- Liaising with clients to obtain booking information e.g booking reference numbers
