The Role
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a busy food and beverage operation. You will be expected to drive performance across all areas of the business while maintaining the highest standards of guest experience, service, team culture and operational excellence.
You will lead from the front, inspire a large team, maintain our substantial food turnover and ensure that An Poitín Stil continues to deliver the quality, energy and consistency that make it such a well-known and respected destination.

About The Role
- 10 years’ experience in senior management wtihin the Irish hospitality sector
- A strong track record in leading large teams in a high-volume, food-led environment
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
- The ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
- A hands-on management style with a strong focus on standards, people and performance
- A passion for food-led hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee the full day-to-day operation of the venue
- Lead, motivate and develop a large front- and back-of-house team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and consistently high guest satisfaction
- Maintain excellent standards across service, presentation and operations
- Work closely with senior leadership to support the ongoing success of the business
