HR Generalist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist to join a well-established manufacturing organisation. This hands-on role offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle and would suit an ambitious HR professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, induction and offboarding activities.
- Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, absence management and performance processes.
- Maintain HR records and employee documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
- Support payroll administration and liaise with finance and payroll teams.
- Produce HR reports relating to absence, turnover and workforce metrics.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Support work permit administration and compliance processes where required.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Officer or HR Coordinator role.
- Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Experience with HR systems and payroll processes would be advantageous.
