The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in supporting sales and commercial teams within dynamic, high-growth environments, leveraging both practical HR experience and robust data insights to influence decision-making. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, balancing business priorities with people needs to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
As a key member of the People Success team, the HR Business Partner will focus on building strong stakeholder relationships, advising on organizational and workforce planning, and driving forward initiatives in employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership coaching. The role will also ensure that HR practices align with MarketStar’s strategic goals while maintaining compliance with local and regional labour laws.
