Strategy Manager

Our client is seeking a Strategy Manager to join their expanding team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading public and private organisations, shaping strategic direction and driving transformation across a multitude of businesses and sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

• Working with senior executives to define corporate strategy, identify key growth opportunities, and guide long-term business planning.
• Leading strategic projects such as market entry, go-to-market planning, capability mapping, and performance tracking as well as developing and redeveloping target operating models.
• Conducting in-depth data analysis to inform 3–10 year growth strategies, including market, competitor, and customer assessments.
• Delivering commercial due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions coupled with Divestitures and carve outs as well as ensuring IPO readiness.
• Supporting business development activities through proposal writing, client engagement, and thought leadership.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal initiatives and team development.

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience in strategy consulting and commercial due diligence projects.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in market assessment, trend forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for solving complex problems.
