Process Engineer – Co. Wicklow | Permanent

Matrix Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Process Engineer to join an established manufacturing client based in Co. Wicklow.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly automated manufacturing company, working closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality to improve processes, equipment performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve manufacturing processes, equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and reduce production downtime.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams.
- Support new equipment installations, process trials and improvements.
- Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Process, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Ideally 7–8 years’ relevant engineering experience.
- Experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and process improvement skills.
- Practical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
