Aftersales Booking Specialist | Service Excellence

Mercedes-Benz South Dublin is seeking a customer service oriented team member to manage inbound and outbound calls, bookings, and post-delivery follow-ups in a fast-paced dealership setting. The role requires strong administration and IT skills, with experience using Keyloop DMS.
