Baristas and café assistants

We are currently recruiting for multiple Baristas and Cafe Assistants to join our expanding team at our Carrick-on-Suir location.

Working Hours: Daylight hours only, with alternating weekends off. No split shifts.

Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in hospitality , whether kitchen or front-of-house.

• Proven background in high-standard hospitality management or professional kitchen leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on team morale, standards, and quality - whether on the plate or on the floor
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Genuine commitment to maintaining exacting standards under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable approach to a growing business
• Works well as part of a senior management team with an active, hands-on role in shaping the business
