We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our Own Brand team. This internship offers broad exposure to product development, sourcing, design, packaging, sustainability, quality and commercial projects. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, suppliers and external partners to support the delivery of Own Brand initiatives and commercial plans.
While the role can be varied here is a taste of what you could be doing;
- Supporting Own Brand projects from concept through to launch.
- Assisting with new product development (NPD), existing product improvement (EPD) and brand refresh projects.
- Coordinating product and packaging sampling, tastings and review sessions.
- Collecting, analysing and presenting feedback and project results.
- Working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage specifications, documentation and project timelines.
- Supporting packaging, design and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining trackers and reporting tools.
- Assisting with compliance, quality and policy requirements.
- Conducting market research, competitor reviews and trend analysis.
- Preparing presentations and recommendations for wider business teams.
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery. Providing general administrative and project support as required.
- Studying a third level qualification in a Food, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Design, Science or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in retail, FMCG and consumer trends.
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Musgrave operate a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
