We’ve established ourselves as a one stop shop providing the three main pillars of outbound logistics, including transporting, storing and enhancing our customers’ vehicles, prior to delivery to their end location. Since 1980 NVD has been at the forefront of pioneering the digitisation of the FVL industry. As early adopters of emerging technology we have been able to introduce huge efficiencies saving time and money for our customers. Our unwavering commitment to progress and continual service improvement remains at the heart of our business today. About The Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work alongside and support the Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver effective recruitment solutions for general operative and technical roles. This role will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and providing an excellent candidate experience, contributing to NVD’s ongoing growth and commitment to quality. • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and NVD’s values.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with recruitment reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, working closely with the People team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Contribute to talent pipeline development by proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting NVD’s values and culture in all candidate interactions.
  • Stay informed of recruitment best practices and industry trends, particularly in logistics, automotive, and technology.
  • Ensuring equality and GDPR legal compliance in all recruitment activities.
  • Uphold NVD’s commitment to diversity, equality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in all recruitment activities.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
