We are working closely with a tier 1 main contractor to assist in the recruitment of an experienced project manager. This role is for a large-scale office development on behalf of an internationally renowned bluechip client.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Guiding your site team from conception to completion.
• Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments.
• Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience working as a PM with a principal or specialist contractor.
• Commercial fit-out experience is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as industry-specific software.
• Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management.
