Inside Territory Account Manager - Maternity Cover

Position: Inside Territory Account Manager Location: Clonmel, Ireland (Hybrid - 3 days per week on site) Contract: Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) starting November/ December 2025 About The Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Territory Account Manager (ITAM) to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, starting this November or December. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling PEAK Technologies’ solutions to new and existing customers in the SMB and Mid-Market space. You’ll work to meet and exceed sales and margin targets by prospecting, building strong customer relationships, and providing complete, value-driven business solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our OEM partners, ISV partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless, customer-focused approach that reflects our One PEAK mindset. What You’ll Do

• Drive sales of PEAK Technologies solutions to meet or exceed sales and margin goals.
• Develop and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and needs analyses to identify customer requirements.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead to close, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM documentation.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and account plans while maintaining accurate forecasts.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and partner networks to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, and territory initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• A proactive, results-driven attitude and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and adapt to changing priorities.
