Shift Cycle:

Week 1: 6pm to 6am - Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Week 2: 6pm to 6am - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the night shift team in an automated production environment.
• Minimise overtime and absenteeism through effective planning and cross-training
• Approve weekly labour figures in line with procedures
• Identify ongoing training needs and coordinate with training resources
• Ensure product quality meets customer requirements
• Drive lean initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure safe working practices

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in an FMCG environment, ideally in food or beverage manufacturing
• Proven leadership skills and ability to engage and motivate teams
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and project delivery
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and learning
