GEO Supply Chain Operations Associate

• Location: Shanbally, Cork
• 18 months contract

This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional to join a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and play a key role in supporting global external manufacturing operations. You will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure uninterrupted product supply for clinical programs.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or a related function
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• Experience with supply planning, inventory management, and inventory reconciliation
• Strong understanding of GMP/GxP-regulated environments
• Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, and shipment coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience

• Clinical supply chain or clinical packaging operations
• Cold chain logistics
• Experience with CAPA, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• ERP systems and master data management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP activities supporting external manufacturing operations
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials, drug products, finished goods, and components at contract manufacturing sites
• Coordinate purchase orders, invoice processing, and supplier interactions
• Manage inbound and outbound shipment activities, including documentation and logistics coordination
• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation activities and support inventory audits
• Coordinate reference standard and stability sample supply activities
• Maintain planning and GMP production master data to ensure system accuracy
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and external manufacturing partners to support product supply requirements
• Support issue resolution and drive operational excellence across the external supply network
