A leading Irish insurance brokerage is currently seeking a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join its growing and customer-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple products, and consistently delivers a customer-first service.

The Role

This is a hands-on position working across all Personal Lines departments. You will manage renewals, mid-term alterations and client queries, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell across a broad range of personal insurance products.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Account Management

• Work flexibly across all Personal Lines products and departments
• Manage renewals and client retention in line with targets and compliance standards
• Process mid-term alterations, renewals, amendments and account entries
• Liaise with claims and manage client correspondence
• Ensure all client files are accurate and up to date on internal systems
• Apply strong negotiation and sales skills where appropriate

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across Personal Lines products
• Take ownership of accuracy, quality and service delivery
• Handle internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner

Team Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared objectives
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met at all times

About You

• APA qualified (required); CIP preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced insurance environment
• Knowledge of Relay or similar systems is an advantage
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to professional development
