Senior Product Designer
Salary: €80,000 to €88,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Dublin City Centre
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Our client is a global financial services organisation that develops innovative technology solutions for some of the world's largest investment firms. Their Design team plays a key role in shaping enterprise products, digital transformation initiatives and AI powered solutions used across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing product strategy and designing products that make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
• Lead the full product design process, from discovery and research through to wireframes, prototypes and polished UI
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to shape product strategy
• Run workshops, user research and usability testing to validate ideas
• Create interactive prototypes using Figma and FigJam
• Help evolve and maintain a scalable Design System
• Explore how AI tools can improve discovery, prototyping and design workflows
• Mentor other designers and promote best UX practices across the team
Must have:
• 5+ years' experience as a Product Designer or Senior Product Designer
• Strong end to end Product Design experience across UX and UI
• Excellent Figma, FigJam and prototyping skills
• Experience leading user research, discovery workshops and usability testing
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence business and technical teams
• Experience working in Agile environments with Product and Engineering teams
• A portfolio showcasing complex digital products and user centred design thinking
