I’m partnering with a global tech leader to find a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape recruitment strategy, lead end-to-end hiring processes, and build meaningful relationships with business leaders and candidates.
Location: Dublin (Onsite)
Contract: 11 months
Salary: €100,000 Pro rataThe Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from initial job specification through candidate acceptance.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies across functional and geographic areas.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and ensure the right talent is attracted and retained.
- Drive innovative approaches to sourcing and attracting candidates, including refining how job opportunities are advertised.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and networks for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze sourcing performance and recommend process improvements to optimize recruitment outcomes.
- Mentor and coach junior recruitment team members, sharing your expertise and best practices.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally for global or multi-functional roles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders and candidates alike.
