Art Director

Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced Art Director with 5+ years in a creative role to join the growing team at Ringers Creative. This role has been created on the back of new client wins and continued growth, offering the opportunity to lead and elevate visual direction across campaigns, brands, and digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong conceptual mindset, excellent taste, and the ability to translate strategy into compelling visual narratives. A hands-on design background or strong design skills are a significant advantage, enabling effective collaboration with designers and creative teams.

You’ll have experience working on high-profile Irish and international brands, confidently shaping creative work at scale. The role requires the ability to present ideas, guide creative execution, and maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets both creative and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction
• Proven experience in Branding and developing visual identities
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating high-quality visual content
• Ability to oversee and work collaboratively with design teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills to articulate creative ideas effectively
• Attention to detail and a deep understanding of design trends and tools
• Relevant experience in a creative agency or professional design environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not essential
