Our client is 1 of Irelands largest independent homebuilders, known for large-scale developments aimed at first time buyers and families is now looking to recruit a BCaR Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be an office based role based in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.

About Your New Job

• Coordinate and manage all BCAR-related documentation and submissions for residential projects.
• Prepare and submit BCAR compliance submissions to the Assigned Certifier.
• Liaise with project teams, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure full compliance with Building Control regulations.
• Maintain a detailed record of inspections, documentation, and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support site teams in implementing BCAR-compliant procedures and ensure timely
• inspections.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide guidance to project teams on changes in legislation.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on compliance progress and any identified risks.
• Coordinate HomeBond registrations
• Manage the registration of electrical and water services (e.g. ESB, Eir, Irish Water)
• Support the team with additional ad hoc duties as needed

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience as a BCAR Coordinator or in a similar compliance/inspection role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations and associated legislation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
