Supply Planning Transformation Specialist

Department: Digital Strategy Team – Future Focused Planning Program
Location: Global / Remote
Travel: 15–35%

Role PurposeLead the deployment of the Future Focused Planning Program across assigned manufacturing sites, supporting teams through the transition to a new Target Operating Model (TOM) and ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end deployment at assigned manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with site leadership and supply planning teams to drive TOM adoption.
  • Assess site readiness, identify gaps, and develop deployment and change plans.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and capability-building.
  • Track deployment milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues.
  • Embed new processes and ways of working to ensure sustainable adoption.
  • Support sites through hypercare and transition to business-as-usual.
  • Capture site learnings and share best practices across the wider program.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years' experience in supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, or manufacturing supply chain.
  • Experience in transformation, operating model, or change programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
  • SAP, IBP, or equivalent planning system experience desirable.
  • Change management certification or experience desirable.
Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure successful site deployment and TOM adoption.
  • Build capability and confidence within site supply planning teams.
  • Identify and resolve deployment risks and barriers.
  • Provide clear progress updates to the Deployment Lead.
  • Drive sustainable adoption and successful hypercare exit.
