We’re hiring a Level 6 Qualified Electrician to take on a key Facilities Technical Lead role at a world-class pharmaceutical site in Waterford. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and knows what it takes to keep critical systems running smoothly.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Level 6 Qualified Electrician – essential

✔️ Strong experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, Industrial, or high-volume production environments

✔️ Proven ability to lead day-to-day maintenance operations

✔️ Confident managing PPM schedules, reactive works, and improvement projects

✔️ Comfortable providing technical guidance while remaining hands-on

⚙️ Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead and coordinate site maintenance activities
• Manage PPM planning, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure quick, effective resolutions
• Support compliance, safety, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with site management to deliver maintenance strategies
