IT Support and Network Infrastructure professional with around 14 years of hands-on experience in IT support, networking, infrastructure, and technical troubleshooting. My experience has developed across different areas of IT, from network and passive infrastructure to end-user support and, more recently, network and security operations. I have practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, FortiGate firewalls, ManageEngine PAM360, endpoint security, backup operations, network infrastructure, and hardware/software support. I enjoy troubleshooting technical problems, finding practical solutions, and keeping IT services reliable for users and business operations. I hold CCNA, MCSE, Security+, Network+ and ICDL certifications and am currently looking for an opportunity in Ireland where I can use my existing experience while continuing to develop my skills in network, infrastructure, and IT security.
