Fair profile

The candidate presents a strong technical profile with relevant skills in electrical distribution and maintenance. However, the overall score is significantly dragged down by two critical factors: the absence of a resume and the lack of professional links (LinkedIn/GitHub/Portfolio). Without a resume, it is impossible to verify the claimed 7 years of experience, specific projects, or educational background, leading to a zero score for the 'Resume' criterion. Additionally, the missing links prevent verification of professional identity and network presence. The country tier score is low because 'LU' typically refers to Luxembourg, which has a small job market; however, given the location is Accra (Ghana), there may be a data mapping error. Assuming the candidate is based in Ghana (Tier 3/4 market for global remote roles but strong local demand), the value is lower than Tier 1 nations. The job title and skills are highly relevant for construction and utility sectors. To improve, the candidate must immediately upload a detailed resume and provide a LinkedIn profile URL.

How to improve

The current summary is decent but generic. It lists duties rather than achievements. To enhance it:
Quantify impact: Mention the scale of systems worked on (e.g., 'maintained power distribution for X communities' or 'managed projects worth $X').
Highlight certifications: Explicitly mention any safety certifications (OSHA, NEBOSH) or technical licenses held.
Use stronger action verbs: Replace 'Skilled in' with 'Expertise in executing...' or 'Proven track record in...'.
Tailor to industry: If targeting utilities, emphasize grid reliability metrics; if targeting construction, emphasize project completion timelines and safety records.
