I manage four locations for a Hospital in Minot North Dakota. I was recruited to come take over the Phlebotomy / Lab Assistant teams from Seattle Washington where I was a lead and was the trainer and worked at four major hospitals in the Seattle. I worked in the Swedish Hospital network in Seattle, Issaquah and Ballard Washington overseeing their phlebotomy staff and the functions of the teams that worked at those hospitals. I was asked to come take over the position at Trinity Health due to a lack of a Manager in this area for over three years and many different people trying to fill in. I have since implemented a training program and hired and now Trinity has a functioning Phlebotomy and Lab Assistant department for their Hospital and clinics. I have 26 years of health care experience and finance. I am certified as a National Phlebotomist in the United States and teach Phlebotomy. I have 40+ staff members under me and a supervisor that helps me run the clinic area. As well as three leads I supervise. During my time in health care I have worked with disabled youth and adults and don’t facility and in home health care as well. My goal is to continue caring for people and giving them the attention they deserve while being able to move Ireland, or Scotland this is where my ancestors are from. Work hard get citizenship. Eventually buy a home and stay with my family permanently.
