Fair profile

The profile lacks a resume and detailed information, which significantly reduces its market value. The candidate is an Electrician with 5 years of experience, but the summary is too brief and generic. No links (e.g., LinkedIn, portfolio) are provided. To improve, the candidate should upload a well-structured resume detailing work history, projects, and certifications. The skills section should be expanded to include specific electrical skills (e.g., wiring, troubleshooting, blueprints). The summary should be rewritten to highlight experience, specialties, and career goals. The candidate's location in Croatia (HR) is Tier 2, but openness to relocate to UK regions is a plus. Expected salary of €3000/month for a senior role is reasonable. Overall, the profile needs more substance to be competitive.

How to improve

Replace the current summary with a detailed professional summary: 'Experienced Electrician with 5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical installations, maintenance, and repair. Proficient in reading blueprints, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety codes. Seeking a senior electrician role in the UK to leverage expertise in project management and team leadership.' Include specific achievements, such as successful project completions or certifications.
