Position Overview

As Assistant Deputy Manager, you will support the Deputy General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel. This is a key role focused on ensuring the smooth running of all departments, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Deputy General Manager in the overall management and coordination of hotel operations

• Supervise and support department managers to ensure efficient service delivery

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

• Monitor staff performance, provide training and development, and conduct performance evaluations

• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards

• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial records related to operations

• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met

• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and promote team morale

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years’ hotel department management experience (essential)

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality

• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Effective problem-solving skills with a professional approach

• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
