Abbey Blue Group is a fast-growing immigration and company compliance group based in Wexford. As demand for our services continues to increase, we are expanding our sales team to support our growing client base.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Immigration Sales Specialist who enjoys speaking with people, learning new skills, and taking ownership of their work.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop professionally, grow with the company, and build a successful career in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with our immigration specialists, marketing team, and operations staff to help convert enquiries into completed services while ensuring clients receive clear and professional guidance throughout the process.

The Role
You will be a key point of contact for new and existing clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them through the next steps of their immigration journey.
This is a client-facing sales role where communication, organisation, and proactive follow-up are essential.
We provide daily leads and full training, but the role also suits someone who enjoys building their own pipeline through networking, LinkedIn, and personal initiative.

Key Responsibilities
• Responding quickly to inbound enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email)
• Managing assigned leads from first contact through to completion
• Clearly explaining our services and guiding clients through next steps
• Actively following up with potential clients to progress enquiries
• Accurately updating our CRM with client interactions and outcomes
• Working collaboratively with the wider team this is a team effort, not an individual sales island
• Contributing ideas to improve conversion rates, sales processes, and client engagement
• Supporting and appearing in short-form social media and video content when required
• Building professional networks through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Escalating complex or technical immigration matters to senior team members
