Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin for a Cost Controller. The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to optimize cost management processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting in expense forecasting, maintaining accurate cost records, and ensuring compliance with budgetary policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control, Cost Accounting, and Cost Management
• Advanced Analytical Skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and budget management
• Proficient with financial reporting tools and software
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the construction, painting, or industrial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
