About The Role:
Access Recruitment is expanding. With Dublin as our headquarters, a growing presence across Ireland, and now expanding in Northern Ireland, we’re looking for driven salespeople ready to step into Business Development - you'll be responsible for acquiring new business while growing existing client accounts.
What You Will Do:
- Prospect & Pitch: Identify and engage potential clients across your territory, book meetings, and showcase Access’s recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate & Close: Secure deals by negotiating terms and delivering results.
- Manage & Expand: Grow into an account manager role, deepen client relationships, and drive revenue expansion.

What You Will Bring
- Minimum 9 months of sales experience (SDR, BDR, Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, Outbound, D2D, Telesales)
- Ideally 1+ year of professional experience post-graduation
- Based in Dublin with the ability to work in-office Mon–Fri (Dublin 2)
- High-performance mindset with ambition to own a full sales cycle
Average Total Earnings:
- Year 1: €47,000 – €52,000
- Year 2: €75,000 – €83,000
