This leading educational Institute is recruiting a Business Development Executive to play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client relationships across a portfolio of leadership and professional development programmes.
Reporting to a Senior Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving and delivering agreed sales targets within your assigned portfolio by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across corporate and individual clients. You will proactively build and manage a strong pipeline through targeted outbound sales campaigns, market research and ongoing prospecting, while preparing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of the programmes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will develop and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding organisational challenges and providing tailored, consultative solutions. You will manage key accounts as the primary point of contact, developing account plans to maximise revenue, retention and growth, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery and a high-quality client experience.
It is expected you have a Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline with a proven track record in business development, sales or client relationship management within professional services, education or executive development
