The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Access, you'll connect healthcare professionals with new career opportunities. You'll build relationships, understand what people are looking for, manage opportunities, and develop the skills to become a successful recruitment professional.

What You Can Earn
- Uncapped monthly commission
- Year 1: Average performance can bring total compensation to around €45K
- Year 2: Average performance can bring total compensation to around €75K
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career professional, preferably with experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.

- Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday to Friday.
