As a recruiter at Access, you will focus on temporary recruitment in the healthcare field, finding healthcare professionals and assigning them shifts across our clients, which include healthcare facilities and businesses we have worked with for many years.

We do not require candidates from any specific backgrounds, but the environment at Access is sales-oriented, with weekly KPIs and commission on top of a base salary. Therefore, professionals from B2B sales or other target-driven roles often perform particularly well in this environment.

What to Expect in the Role

• Source, engage, and manage healthcare professionals
• Match candidates to client requirements and shifts
