Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of experience in Retail Management, Store managemnt, Assistant Management, or Department Management.
• A proven track record of hitting sales targets, driving team KPIs, and thriving under pressure.
• High commercial acumen, resilience, and a hunger to continuously learn.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
