Human Resources Business Partner

Compensation: €60-70k basic + benefits

ACCPRO are working with a long term client and fantastic financial services company to recruit for a HRBP. The role will report directly to the Head of HR and have responsibility for driving innovation to benefit company culture and values. The position will suit someone looking to step up into a HRBP position or who has c. 1 year at this level.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of HR in developing and implementing the HR strategy
• Support initiatives to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS
• Driving high performance, managing organisational change and transformation
• Support talent management to ensure talent is developed and retained.
• Manage the annual performance review process
• Manage initiatives to foster a continuous learning culture and the development of employees
• Monitor employee engagement and morale and recommend initiatives
• Support Recruitment & Student Talent Development Programmes
• Preparation of the monthly payroll memos
• Coordination of the annual salary review process and the annual bonus scheme
• Update policies and procedures and ensure they reflect current practice

Requirements:

• HR Generalist/Senior HR Generalist experience
• CIPD qualification an advantage
• Experience of working in financial or professional services
• Experience using HRIS (SAP) is highly desirable
