The ideal candidate would be based in the Munster region to help support and train our installations teams in that area. The Opportunity As a Technical Trainer in Activ8, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programmes focused on solar PV system installation, maintenance, and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training programmes for Solar PV Installation which includes theory & practical learning.
• Deliver hands on training focused on installation techniques, safety protocols and equipment handling.
• Assess and certify trainees through evaluations, ensuring their knowledge meets industry standards.
• Work closely with cross functional teams and foster a positive working relationship.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers for specialised training sessions.
• Regularly update training programmes, Incorporate new technologies, industry trends & regulatory changes while staying current with industry standards.
• Introduce new training methods to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in delivering Technical Training & Instruction with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes would be an advantage.
• Strong technical expertise in either Electrical or Roofing industries.
• Trade qualifications would be desirable.
• Experience in solar PV system installation, maintenance and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to trainees of various skill levels.
• Adaptability and continuous learning to stay current in industry advancements, new technologies and evolving training methodologies.
