What is the role?
This newly created role will lead the Reward, Compensation & Benefits Centre of Excellence in the People & Organisational Development function. It partners closely with Aerogen Leaders, People Business Partners, People Operations and Talent Acquisition to shape a competitive, equitable and globally consistent reward and benefits strategy that supports our growth, ambition and “We Care” culture.
What are the key responsibilities?Benefits Management:
• Lead and design the global benefits strategy aligned to Aerogen’s “We Care” culture, ensuring competitive, compliant and culturally relevant programmes across our global footprint.
• Design and maintain core benefits including health, retirement/pension and life plans, partnering with the finance department, balancing global consistency with local regulatory and cultural requirements.
• Partner with People Operations and People Business Partners to streamline benefits administration and improve overall employee experience across all markets.
• Manage benefits vendors (brokers/insurers/providers), including selection, renewals, performance governance and commercial negotiation to ensure quality, value and consistency.
• Drive benefits communications and education to improve employee understanding and utilisation.
Compensation & Reward
• Lead the design and governance of Aerogen’s global compensation framework, ensuring fairness, competitiveness and transparency.
• Own core compensation programmes including salary frameworks, variable pay and job architecture.
• Partner with People Business Partners and Leaders on annual reward cycles with strong governance and pay equity focus.
• Provide expert advice on job evaluation, benchmarking and market pricing to support growth and capability planning.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive, market aligned offer design globally.
• Enhance reward processes, systems and tools to improve accuracy, fairness and employee experience.
• Monitor pay transparency, gender/minority pay and wider regulatory developments, recommending updates where needed.
Compliance, Analytics & Communication
• Ensure global compliance with all reward, compensation and benefits regulations.
• Conduct regular pay equity and transparency analyses and provide insights to support responsible decision making.
• Produce clear, data driven reward and benefits reports for leaders and stakeholders.
• Translate complex reward topics into practical guidance for leaders, stakeholders and employees.
What education and experience are required?
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of salary structures, market benchmarking and reward cycles.
• Proven ability to analyse data, interpret insights and support decision making.
