Akeso Healthsearch (formerly AGC Healthcare) is seeking to recruit a HR Specialist.

The HR Specialist will be focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, and managing company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ideally have minimum 2 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/HR Generalist role (preferably in an agency setting but not essential)
  • 3rd Level HR Qualification (CIPD Membership is preferred but not essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislations
  • Attention to detail is a pre-requisite
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Ability to prioritize your workload
  • Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and driven

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, retention, training and development.
  • Managing inductions for new employees.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance on a wide range of ER issues.
  • Promote a positive and engaged work environment.
  • Conduct and support the Disciplinary and Grievances and ensuring the accurate and timely resolution and documentation of the issues or concerns raised.
  • Keeping up-to-date with all relevant employment legislation, upcoming regulatory developments, and HR trends.
