Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, supporting the Regional Sales and Account Management Teams. The role is pivotal in ensuring the operational support, quality, and reliability of customer and broker solutions, contributing to Allianz Trade's multinational (AZT MNC) profitable growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for prospect and client meetings by gathering relevant materials and insights.
  • Collect underwriting information to assist in the preparation of offers for Whole Portfolio (WP) and, upon request, Excess of Loss (XOL) solutions.
  • Support the preparation of commercial approvals, including ledger matching and pre-check files in coordination with Credit, CUW, Pricing, and Underwriting Authority teams.
  • Assemble proposal documents, presentations, offers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Draft Master Agreements for new clients.
  • Conduct data quality checks on internal forms during client acquisition, liaise with the Operations Desk, and coordinate workflows to ensure timely execution and data accuracy.
  • Maintain and ensure the quality and reliability of the Salesforce contract database, including properly closing inactive prospects.
  • Process requests and coordinate with internal teams (Credit, PA, Commercial) and other AZT MNC regions.
  • Assist with CRM-related tasks such as data mining, following up on sales initiatives and campaigns, and updating the pipeline management tool.
  • Relieve the Commercial team of administrative duties, including room bookings, event planning, and general organisation.
  • Provide daily support under the supervision of the Regional Distribution Director.

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid understanding of the credit insurance industry and key products.
  • Familiarity with regional and multinational market specifics.
  • Strong ability to manage multidimensional channels and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Proven organisational skills and personal drive to meet challenging goals.
  • Basic project management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums (email, phone, etc.) and at all organisational levels within a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix structure.
  • Proficiency in basic IT systems (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn new systems, such as AI tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic, Macros, and automation tools.
  • Advanced project management experience.
  • Basic reporting experience.
