Senior Assistant Project Manager

AllPro Recruitment are now recruiting an Assistant Technical Services Officer for a public health contract for a minimum of 2 years. This role involves managing and supporting building, maintenance, and construction projects for public healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will help ensure buildings are safe, well-maintained, energy efficient, and compliant with regulations.

Main Responsibilitie

• sManage and oversee minor and major building and refurbishment projects
• .Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules
• .Select and supervise contractors and consultants
• .Ensure projects stay on budget and meet deadlines
• .Maintain HSE buildings, equipment, and services
• .Ensure compliance with procurement, health & safety, fire safety, and building regulations
• .Support property management activities
• .Promote energy efficiency and sustainability
• .Work closely with healthcare staff, contractors, and other departments
• .Lead and supervise staff where required
