About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager who will play a crucial role in managing the people side of change within the organization. This position will focus on developing and implementing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful change facilitation in complex environments.We can consider candidates who wish to work fully onsite, hybrid or remote for this roleKey Responsibilities

  • Change Management Strategy:

Ø Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and business objectives. Ø Assess the impact of change initiatives on the organization and its employees, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Ø Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the organization to build support for change initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration. Ø Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to gather feedback and address concerns regarding proposed changes.

  • Communication and Training:

Ø Develop and execute communication plans that ensure transparency and clarity around change initiatives, helping employees understand the benefits and the rationale behind the changes. Ø Design and implement training programs that help employees develop the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate changes successfully.

  • Change Monitoring and Assessment:

Ø Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives, collecting and analyzing feedback to continuously improve the change process. Ø Monitor the progress of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments based on employee feedback and changes in the organizational environment.

  • Coaching and Support:

Ø Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enhance their ability to lead and facilitate change within their teams. Ø Act as a change agent, advocating for the values of the organization and encouraging resilience and adaptability among staff.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

Ø Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management processes, strategies, and tools to ensure consistency and best practices. Ø Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on change management initiatives, progress, and outcomes. Qualifications

  • Education:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Prosci, CMI) is preferred. Experience Ø Minimum of [X] years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field, preferably within a transformation-focused environment. Ø Proven experience in managing change initiatives across various teams and functions with measurable outcomes. Skills And Competencies Ø Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Ø Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Ø Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ø Proficient in creating and delivering engaging training and communication materials. Ø Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy. Ø Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Ø Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
