My Client is a leading FMCG Organisation and due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Brand Manager to join the Team. This is very much a 360 Marketing role that will focus on developing best-in-class marketing and communications which will support the growth of the company’s brands in Ireland and the UK. ( this role will have a particular focus on social media)
For this role, The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, impeccable attention to detail, a creative mindset, a good knowledge of digital marketing and a flexible high energy attitude.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and content calendar.
- Brief, manage, and review influencer partnerships – from initial contact and creative briefing through to content approval and performance tracking.
- Review, edit, and approve influencer and user-generated content in line with brand guidelines.
- Create compelling organic content (copy, imagery direction, short-form video concepts) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Paid Media – Meta Campaigns
- Plan, build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) and Tik Tok (Tik Tok Ads Manager).
- Monitor campaign performance daily – adjusting budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximise ROI.
- Produce clear, insightful weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Trade & Channel Marketing Support
- Assist in briefing and producing marketing materials tailored to End Users, Wholesalers, and Distributors (POS, presentations, product sheets, digital assets).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure channel partners receive relevant, up-to-date marketing support.
- Support the development of promotional campaigns and trade activations within the foodservice channel.
Photography & Video Production
- Plan and execute product and lifestyle photography shoots (with external production company) including prop sourcing, food styling direction, and on-site art direction.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media: product reels, recipe demonstrations, behind-the-scenes footage, and testimonials.
- Build and maintain a well-organised, accessible library of photography and video assets.
General Marketing
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of broader brand and campaign ideas.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and print suppliers as required.
- Assist with event planning, trade shows, and product launches as needed.
- Keep abreast of foodservice industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social platforms.
RequirementsEssential
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role within FMCG, with clear evidence of social media ownership.
- Proven experience managing Meta and Tik Tok campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager / Tik Tok Ads Manager) from brief to report.
- Experience briefing influencers and managing the end-to-end content review and approval process.
- Strong communication skills – able to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut or equivalent).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
