You'll use your analytical skills to forecast demand, optimise inventory levels, and improve supply chain efficiency, ultimately driving sales growth and enhancing the reseller experience. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key reseller partners to positively influence their product ranging, digital marketing, and assortment strategies, aligning them with Apple's overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with key contacts at reseller partners, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of partner demand data, identifying trends and patterns to improve forecast accuracy and minimize inventory holding costs.
  • Lead regular forecast review meetings with reseller partners, discussing forecast assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Present executive-level reviews, clearly articulating forecast performance, key drivers, and recommended actions.
  • Manage new product introductions (NPIs) within the reseller channel, ensuring smooth and timely product launches.
  • Develop and implement seasonal strategies to optimise inventory levels and maximise sales during peak periods.
  • Proactively identify and address potential supply chain disruptions, working with internal teams to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor reseller compliance with contractual requirements, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each reseller partner's unique supply chain model, including their distribution network, inventory management practices, and key market dynamics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and optimise product flow to reseller partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Supply Chain Analyst, Demand Planner, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, with the ability to evaluate, analyse, and present complex data to a broad audience.
  • Strong solution-oriented analytical planning skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving supply chain challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to driving precise execution.
  • Practical and focused approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
  • Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Solid understanding of demand planning principles and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving results.
  • Advanced numeracy skills.

Preferred Qualifications
