What You’ll Do
- Drive and deliver the recruitment process to our partnered clients
- Build strong relationships with clients across the Irish market and beyond
- Source standout talent across the IT market
- Run a smooth, high-impact delivery process for our clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Hit and exceed KPIs and recruitment targets
- Contribute to the growth of a thriving, ambitious company
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of professional experience (in any field – we’ll teach you recruitment)
- A proactive, go-getter mindset with a thirst to learn
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with people
- Results-driven attitude and high-performance mindset

Total Compensation (Base, Bonus & Commission)
Year 1: €47,000+, Year 2: €75,000+, Year 3: €100,000+
